IF you have actually seen any of my last two posts you know I have been making baby items and things by request. So I decided ( while I was waiting for more Time 2 Flourish paper to arrive) to use up some stash and play for a bit. This is what I came up with.
This mini is really a monster mash of so many people who influence me. There is some Zandra, Kathy Orta, Laura Dennison, ArteDar, Jennifer Every, Carol Duvall and many more. So please if you see something you have done, instead of getting upset thinking I stole an idea, be happy someone liked what you made and used it.
This album has at least 7 interactive elements and loads of room for photos of all sizes and journaling. The papers I used are some DCWV and TH and misc papers ALL from my stash. MOST of the embellishments and interactive parts were drawn and cut by hand. I did use my pazzles for the SpiderLaceDoiley (by Bird), the web corners, bats, fence, greenery, pumpkins, and tree ( geesh) BUT they could have been done by hand if I wasn’t aware I had paper coming for ordered project I had to get done.
OK on to some ( a lot ) of pictures.
I just love the witch in the window – when I do this again I think I will make her 3D in there not just the window.
The Cauldron still needs to be embellished but I wasn’t sure if I wanted ooey gooey or candy filled. It does come out and open up to hold 2 photos/journaling.
I love this picture frame and even hubby laughed when he saw this element.
The book can hold photos/journaling and is TH ATC size. It opens up for 6 pages to hold things.
Next is the Hall of Photos, for a silhouette challenge on FB in INSPIRE LAUGH CREATE group. Then comes Silly bat, her head spins to add more Photo opportunities. The pocket on the other side has Zandra’s dome and a spot for a hidden photo.
Another pocket and a folded attached book
Then we have Bird’s spider lace doily and some glossied up bottles.
The coffin is next. It opens and has embossed bats on it. Another Tag/pocket page.
My little Pumpkins are next These pumpkins would be easy to cut by hand. They open up to hold photos.
That brings us to another tag/pocket page and the back cover.
There are 4 big tags with spaces for 4×6 photos as well. Here are some pictures of all the tags.
The 4 larger tags have roof top shapes to add to the over all effect of the house because they can be seen from the front.
I am overall really happy with how it came out and how much stash I used and different techniques I got to play with.
thanks for reading.
